[Edlib] Updates to web databases, Cunningham Library

Dear subscribers to Ed-Lib
Just a note to let you know a couple of the Cunningham Library's
databases have been updated:
71 new records for Australian journal articles - there are now 15460
articles in the database that can be purchased online for $22.00 and
dispatched to your email account. As well as the pay-per-view material,
the database also currently includes a couple of 1000 articles from
free-to-air Australian education e-journals.
Education Research Theses (ERT)
70 new records for theses - thanks to those libraries that are
responding to the call for theses. Details of new theses are welcome all
year round, email ert at acer.edu.au with questions and submissions.
Database of Research on International Education
97 new records on international education - there are now over 6400
records in DRIE, on all aspects of international/export/transnational
education and international students. There is no charge to search the
Database of Research on International Education. ACER produces this
database under contract for Australian Education International at DEST,
who make it freely available to search on their website.
Australian Education Index
Informit are showcasing the AEI as their sample database of the month,
first in April and still there so far for May. Visit

details and have a play with the AEI.
Australasian Education Directory

In all, 758 new records were created for the Australian Education Index
for March, over 250 of them online documents. These records have been
dispatched to vendors for uploading into the various versions of the
Australian Council for Educational Research
