[Edlib] Publishing in Academic Journals in Education

Hi all

I thought I'd mention the following new resource that has just been
released in Australia. It is "Publishing in Academic Journals in
Education (PAJE)", a database on CD listing "all refereed education
journals published in English anywhere in the world" (1042 by their
reckoning, 10% of them Australian). 

Details about each journal include "editorial contact information,
composition of the editorial board, the area(s) within Education
covered, types of articles published, the refereeing process, the length
of articles accepted, and journal quality measures".

The product emerged from the research that was undertaken by SORTI for
the Journal Quality Banding Study in 2007 which developed the "QScore
esteem measure".
