Colleagues:

AERA is calling for comments on the draft of Standards for Reporting on
Humanities-Oriented Research at
http://www.aera.net/pubs/draft_Humanities_Standards_April30.pdf.

In these Standards, the word "quantitative" only appears twice, and the
word "Rasch" not at all.

If you perceive quantitative methodology to be in any way relevant to valid
Humanities-oriented research (Philosophy, History, the Arts, Literature,
Politics of Knowledge, etc.), then please respond to the AERA call for
comments.

An electronic (easy-to-use) online comment form is available at
http://www.logiforms.com/formdata/user_forms/7993_9562493/62303/
The comment form has multiple web-pages, but you can "Next' over the
irrelevant ones.
