You can run Ability and Difficulty estimates with JMP7. Number of Cases and
items is unlimited, or surely way above your need. I do not think SPSS 16
does that and I have not played with WinSteps enough yet to tell you about
this one, but I presume it does even a better job than JMP7.

In short, I suggest WinSteps and JMP7.

Hi all,

I was wondering what programs are available to do Rasch analysis of tests
employing rotated booklet design such as TIMSS and PISA. CONQUEST is one
(perhaps the best) option to do that; however, I cannot afford it. Do you
know if anybody has written a code in R, SAS, etc. that would help doing
Rasch scaling and DIF analyses for large scale assessments?

Would you suggest any references/examples on the topic?
