Any Rasch software for which the Andrich thresholds can be anchored (fixed)
is capable of analyzing binomial trials (Bernoulli) and Poisson data.

The Facets software also allows the discrimination of the binomial trials
and Poisson data to be estimated: http://www.rasch.org/rmt/rmt132a.htm
