If the items are on a rating scale (e.g., Strongly disagree, Disagree,
Agree & Strongly agree) and not marked dichotomously ( 0 & 1) then
threshold map would provide a better picture about the relative position
of items and persons.

depression.. What do you think that the items have very similar Rasch
