[Rasch] current issues of research in psychometrics?

We have a forth coming paper on animal and human stages of development.  
We reserve 0 for machines and computers.  Reflexes and tropisms are 
stage 1. Operant conditioning is stage 2.  Simple non-perceptual 
concepts are stage three.
