[Rasch] A way to back out the item parameters?

HI Stuart and Trevor

An alternative would be to take the measures mean and sd of the sample you already know their measures
and use UMEAN= mean  USCALE=sd .. I guess the item difficulties will be relative to this person scale . 
But anchoring in the person measures like Trevor said will be better ..
