[Rasch] observed variance explained by measures

Rasch lovers:
    I hesitated before sending out this message. The question is very simple: Can we find the observed variance explained by the measures in jMetrik? 
    I searched through jMetrik manual, but didn't find one. There is an output "Scale Quality Statistics", but not such information is contained in that table.
    I know Winsteps produces this number. What other free programs could? Can Mplus produce this?
